Our gym equipment is fit for, and used by, world champion boxers (but you don't need to be one to use it).
Bristol Boxing Gym welcomes males, females and children (Age 9+) of all levels of fitness and ability. If you are interested in learning the complete skills of boxing – along with improving your fitness, strength, stamina and tone – Bristol Boxing Gym is the place for you!

Bristol Boxing Gym is fitted out with all the top equipment needed for world champion boxers to train in and its all available to you.
We have four main training zones - two boxing gyms, a fitness studio, and an outside boxing gym. Included in these four zones we have two boxing rings and 30 punchbag stations making us the largest boxing gym in the South West.
We have state of the art male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers to keep your valuables secure.
Parking at Bristol Boxing Gym is always free on site along with bike stands directly outside the main entrance.
The main large boxing gym has a pro competition size 20ft boxing ring, 12 punchbag stations, speedballs, and a great open space for skipping and circuit training. The second smaller boxing gym space has a 16ft boxing ring along with 10 punchbags. The majority of all our classes will take place in these spaces.
The fitness studio is a great space for all our fitness classes such as yoga, circuits, etc. Our new outdoor boxing gym on the basketball court next to the gym has a covered area with 5 punchbags and plenty of space for outdoors training. This space has ben very popular with members preferring to train outside especially during Covid-19.
The gym does not have a large free weights section as in traditional gyms. Our strength work will involve some lighter weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells but we focus on low weights high repetition. Many of our circuit training routines will also focus on using your own body weight i.e., press ups, sit ups, etc. Trust us you do not need fancy machines to get in shape!
If the car park is full then do not worry as its free to park in the streets around the gym with no restrictions.

FAQs
Are there changing facilities and showers in the Gym?
Yes, we have male and female changing rooms with showers at the gym.
Is there free parking at the gym?
Yes, there is free car parking in the gym car park. If that is full then the streets around the gym are all free to park. We also have bike racks directly outside the entrance.
Are there lockers?
Yes. We have secure lockers at the gym to store your items. Tokens are available at reception.
