At Bristol Boxing Gym we offer personal one to one training sessions and devise a fitness and workout regime that is specific to your needs. So, if you wish to learn the techniques of boxing, improve your fitness or simply lose weight and tone, we can help.
A typical one hour Personal Training Session will include:
- Warm Up & Stretch
- Boxing Technique & Shadow Boxing
- Training on the Punch Bags
- Training on the Pads with your trainer
- Circuit Training Routine Warm Down and Stretch
We select the best Personal Trainers in Bristol to enable you to maximise your workout, focussing on the techniques of boxing, improving fitness and self esteem, rhythm, strength and tone. Our Personal Trainers are happy to advise you on your overall fitness routine, diet and nutrition. All of our Personal Trainers are either active boxers or coaches with over five years of experience.
We have fully qualified male and female boxing coaches and personal training sessions can be booked Monday to Saturdays from 10.00am until 8.00pm. Each one to one personal training session costs £30.00 for one hour. If you are looking to book a larger block of sessions then we can look at possible deals to suit you.
We now offer Buddy Personal Training Sessions where you can train with a friend or partner for £40.00 for the hour. This can be a fun way to train and help motivate each other sharing your goals and costs!
